Welcome to the DigitalDashboard Update!

Step 1.  By opening this page, your system has already started downloading the DigitalDashboard update.  In a few moments, you will should see a dialog box (the dialog box may differ from the one below depending on your operating system):

Step 2. If you do not see any dialog box, review the troubleshooting tips below.

Step 3. Before proceeding, make sure you are logged off from the DigitalDashboard.

Step 4. While the look of the dialog box may differ from operating system to operating system, it should allow you to click either Install, Yes, Open, or Run.  Do so now.

Step 5. Congratulations!  You've installed the update and are done!

Troubleshooting

Tip 1. If you do not see the dialog box above, but you see this yellow bar towards the top of your screen:

Click the yellow bar with your mouse pointer and the click "Install ActiveX Control..." from the menu that appears.  After a few moments, you should see the dialog box above.  Continue with Step 3.

Tip 2. If the dialog box or yellow bar above do not appear automatically after a few minutes, click here.  Click Open or Run and follow the on-screen instructions.
